Michelle Paulson is a Special Education teacher by day and Mary Kay Entrepreneur by night. She started her business in 2003 and debuted as a Sales Director in August 2018. As a consultant, Michelle has been on the National Court of Sales three years in a row, finishing in the top 20 as #13 in 2017 and #12 in 2018; a Double Gold Medal Winner, Silver Medal Winner, and Bronze Medal Winner; Unit Queens Court of Sales 3 times; Rookie of the Year (award in the Future Randi Stevens Area.)  As a Director, Michelle is a Double Star Achiever - sitting on the National Directors Queens Court of Sales three times and National Queens Court of Sharing.  She is one of the top 1% of the Mary Kay Independent sales force able to EARN four Career Cars; one as a Consultant and three as a Director.

 

Her family is her WHY!  Michelle has been married to her husband Andrew for 13 years and they have two beautiful children, Alexandria and Miles.
